Plus the chance to win a $100 gift card for completing a mental health check is suspicious.

It kinda is but there's an argument to be made in it being fine if it's for the facilitation of getting people across that "first step". Lots of people who could need some help refuse to even acknowledge they have or might have a problem be it because of fear, stigma, distrust of doctors etc
