Not to detract from the potential effects of climate change, but the mean daily high in June is 27, July 29, and in August 28. It’s not exactly Arizona or Dubai.

At the Victoria Gonzales weather station, daily temperatures rise above 30 °C (86 °F) on average less than one day per year.
