She developed thrush in all 4 feet and lost weight in the week I wasn't out there because of my surgery. I spoke to her owner and we decided to move her because the conditions are just deteriorating rapidly where she's at and it ain't worth the money. I've been tasked with picking the new farm out!

I'm going to tour a place that's REALLY close to me tomorrow.

Yeah I really overdid it today. I went and toured a small stables to see if driving short distances is a thing I can handle. It is not. On the bright side, Sandy is prolly gonna move there and be 10 mins away from me and have such a great life. A little boy also drug me around the barn and showed me every cat and kitten there. Just came up to me and took me on an adventure lol.

The barn cats and kittens are an important part of the ambiance! As free-roaming friends of the horses, they carry the gossip from stall to stall. It's ridiculous how driving uses those painful bits, isn't it?
