I blew my nose and one of my ears ended up getting blocked.

I'm not feeling too good after that.

Wiggle your jaw from side to side to unblock the sinuses.

I've also been yawning and swallowing to try and unblock it, i'll give the wiggle a try as well.

I started to get all dizzy and stuff from it initially when it got blocked.

Can you rumble your ears? Try self massage for eustachian dysfunction or relieving pressure from ear infections?

YouTube has good videos on that but be very careful not to follow ones from chiropractors as they can be very dangerous (ie. don’t be pulling at your neck)

Edit: if it’s a sinus infection or ear infection it’s probably doctor time

I'm all good now, it managed to get better eventually and I have my balance back now.

Thankfully not an infection but I think I have a minor cold.
