  • Brush: Boti Laminate brush with motherlode knot
  • Razor: Gillette Ball-End Tech
  • Blade: Feather new Hi-Stainless
  • Lather: Catie's Bubbles โ€“ Florentine Fern
  • Post Shave: Speick โ€“ Men Active

First vacation shave. We travelled early this morning and I shaved in Istanbul right next to the Bosphorus. Tomorrow, I'll check out Atelier Rebul and buy a frag or two. Florentine Fern was a gift sample from Catie's Bubbles, and I really like it.

Sounds like a really interesting trip. I'm hoping to drag the family to Europe in October. We haven't been since before the pandemic.

Oh, where are you planning to go?

I also haven't been across the pond post pandemic

We'll fly standby so it somewhat depends which flight has seats. I'm partial to Belgium, but I'll have to take a look and see where we operate to these days. I've always wanted to go to Switzerland, but last we looked (a long time ago) it was a pricey place to visit.

Belgium is great to visit.

Switzerland, but last we looked (a long time ago) it was a pricey place to visit.

And it got about 25% more expensive for Americans since liberation day :(

We fly to Zurich and Geneva, which is twice as many airports as I initially thought!
