Das mit dem verschenken ist wirklich seltsam in D

Das ist so eine Vorschrift, die schon prinzipiell unsinnig ist, weil sie nicht kontrollierbar und nicht einmal im Ansatz durchsetzbar ist. Das ist eine Vorschrift, die reine Schikane ist.
