Maybe also add reform for disabled people as well. People (and more) have literally be waiting for years for the funding to get ABA etc to live their lives better.

IMO the ombudsman’s office is useless as bulls on a tit. Called them in regards to both OAP and SSAH. They acted like they were all business in 1st call. Then called 2 weeks later and admitted that there is nothing they can do to help with “those” departments. What are they there for then? Just paid to yap and attempt to placate, badly at that it seems.
