This one was to the rules committee, which consists of 12 people.

Oh this was the committee vote on Monday? The entire house voted on Tuesday right, why are we still talking about this committee vote? Anyway fuck them all.

This was on Monday when Ro Khanna introduced an amendment and the rules committee voted on it, blocking the amendment to a crypto bill, yes.

The second vote was a procedural motion to introduce the amendment.

Both are relevant IMO.
