OK so, for a while now we've know that for most people dietary cholesterol does not necessarily result in raised levels of Low Density Lipids (LDL) This is true of other whole foods high in cholesterol or fat as well as eggs.

It is true that a very small part of the population will be what are called LDL hyper-responders and dietary cholesterol will influence LDL in the bloodstream. There's more information here: https://www.dietdoctor.com/cholesterol/hyper-responders
