Am watching Duster. FBI vs organised crooks, but with immaculate 70s sass. Great sound track. Cactuses. Classic cars. Only up to episode 5, but so far 4/5 wide collar shirts.
You know it has been cancelled right?
Oh thatโs a pity. Iโve no expectations these days that shows will be renewed, and if they are it might be 3 years later when Iโve forgotten the story and not interested anymore. I really miss the era where shows would reliably go for 3-5 seasons and be realised every year at the same time.
I miss that too. I hate having to watch a 10+ min recap or instead try to remember intricate plot details of shows you've not watched in 2+ years...
But still, shame about Duster as it was cheesy fun. On the subreddit the running theme was that it was on people's watch lists but they hadn't got round to watching it yet, or we're just starting to watch it so it had low viewer numbers. For me I watched it all in the space of about 3-4 days after it was all out and right before watching the last episode I saw the news... Fortunately though, it doesn't end on a big cliffhanger and works as a single season show.
