He won’t. Just like he hasn’t sued AOC for calling him a rapist. Suing means discovery, discovery means things are plainly out in the open.

I forgot yeah you're right. They cant take their license away without getting cable networks reclassified as public utilities, which they should be

He has been threatening to do that. Broadcasters universally softened their coverage since the beginning of the year probably because of the threats

He threatens a lot of stuff. I'm saying that he would never do it against Fox though. Way too many people who watch Fox watch Fox religiously. It's on all day every day. They won't understand the Nuance of him shutting it down. He'll just be the guy who turned off their constant companion. He won't do it.
