Cut off the water from where? (I'm assuming this is a water bill they haven't paid and are trying to claim water comes magically through this pipe that is held up by a strawman written in blue ink)
I did some digging and it's this.
There's a chance that there is some legitimacy to the claims in the post. The Detroit Land Bank is facing a class action lawsuit from seizing property they deemed a nuisance and selling it without compensation for the original owner.
Hmm interesting. I feel certain sovcit has not pursued proper channels in this matter though.
So they’ve been successfully squatting for like eight months and they’re only being fined $580? I must be missing something.
