We can seed clouds to make them rain sooner. Some countries use this regularly. That’s the kernel of truth the conspiracy nuts build their conspiracy around.

I refuse to acknowledge the ludicrous idea that humans are capable of intentionally and predictably controlling the weather. And I call out your blatantly dishonest attempt to twist the meaning of the word "geoengineering" in an attempt to make it appear that I said something I didn't.
