That's not the fact they checked though:

Edit: I meant the first part isn't; whether he refused to leave
That's right, I don't mean to dispute that he refused to leave. It's only the photoshopping him out of the official image that didn't occur.
Yeah I figured, I had seen moving image before so that was disproven to me already. Then after I posted that comment I realised that might have been your whole point.
