I really hate waking up in the dark. I think it affects my mood. Need a blue sky day.

Same. But then there was blue sky yesterday afternoon and I couldn't even drag myself out to enjoy it.

This winter has been extra bluesy for me.

Early mornings definitely don't help.

definitely worth investing in a small bottle of vitamin D

It's part of my medicine regimen during winter.

It helps, but the blues persist

I cannot stress enough how good this NZ sun has been for my mood, sure we've had a ton of rain but the days in between have been sunny and mild. It's not the only good thing but it has helped.

sun = good. Get more sun

Makes me think it’s still early when it’s dark and I haven’t woken up yet.

Unfortunately the time doesn’t quite match.
