How’s that different from a micro transaction I can buy in a in-game market place like in CS:GO? Like there is no way I can use this Lamborghini NFT in another game. Not now and not in the future. Like why would a game dev of another game do all the work to implement this Lambo NFT in their game when another studio reaps all the benefits.

The difference is that CS is an established game with a huge community that's not going anywhere in the foreseeable future, and there are ways to cash out valuable skins (or at least buy something on Steam with that money).

This scam was founded by a random techbro, has at most 2 people online, and will shut down in a month.
