Redistribution of wealth
That's not going to fix climate change.
Carbon emissions of richest 1 percent more than double the emissions of the poorest half of humanity
It's a good place to start.
Isn't it the poor that use things like coal?
Using something like Negative Income Tax?
The reason I am asking is because I had never heard of it being applied in practice, outside experiments and pretty minor payments.
That would be great and thr most equitable option I know of, but I think UBI would have a better chance of being passed because it won't set up haves and have nots to pit against one another in political games.
