Because everyone experiences things differently, your experiences aren't representative of the group as a whole. Neither are his, or mine. Making assumptions like that does nothing positive for anyone.

What a load of shite.

Nothing to suggest they have ADHD or that it should be assumed by default.

I said ‘If’, not ‘You don’t’

What an inane comment to raise, really.

I don't think it's very kind to diagnose someone from a single sentence

And if they had said they had ADHD and I had denied it you maybe would’ve had a point.

Why do you think the inverse is less problematic?

Because everyone is welcome to their own view. Just because it doesn't align with your view doesn't give you license to invalidate and dismiss the experiences of others.

What the fuck are you talking about, I didn’t dismiss or invalidate any experiences. The view he expressed is wrong and problematic. Get a grip Jesus Christ, blocked so you never waste my time with such pish again.

You diagnosed a stranger on a forum though a single sentence. Because you felt their views were wrong. Everyone gets to have their opinions, you can disagree without creating an ADHD purity test that you proctor.
