Costa Coffee is adding a tiramisu sandwich to the menu. Is this a biscuit? Or a cake?

I can't figure out what the "bread" is made from. Is it cake? Or biscuit?

It says cookie. But the amount of dessert filling suggests cake.

It's very controversial
