It says no funding is secured yet so is this like the dream map? Future projects will be based on these plans? Also I wish they would stick to a terminology and keep using it. Its confusing what each type of lane is.

Bike Lane or Buffered Bike Lane - These are both painted types of bike lanes
Neighborhood Bikeway - Sharrow
Protected Bike Lane - Actual physical barrier
Shared Sidewalk
Shared Street or Car-Free Street - Driving with cars or not??

My favorite of these that are the least stressful are trails, shared sidewalks, and protected bike lanes. Neighborhood bikeways are usually chosen pretty poorly for some reason. They are defined as low volume streets but in reality that ends up not being the case. When done right they are nice though.
