The words used are pretty obvious too as they are congratulating him: mr president, no one else, safer, achieve, Europe is going to pay. Only idiots would think it's a true message, he wrote that by himself because he was bored on the toilets.

It's not fake. Trump is posting it as a humiliation ritual.

NATO confirmed that the message came from Rutte and was sent Tuesday.
