They'll fuck you dry and send you to prison on any charge they want if you're a target. Indoor growing is easier to do discreetly than outdoor growing IMO. Tents and carbon filters are relatively cheap, lights can get pricey but it doesn't take a high dollar light to grow good weed. If that's too expensive look into options like space buckets and trash cans for growing. Where there's a will there's a way.
