Car shouldn't have been illegally stopped in a bike lane. Those things have so many cameras and sensors, there's no way it doesn't see the lane.

Google/Waymo absolutely are the ones to sue here (not saying you said any different, just specifying), but I can't even imagine being involved in smashing someone off their bike and not immediately trying to render aid, regardless of the other circumstances... Terrible people, for sure.
