I think for that, they have something planned since their deaths happened some time ago, so the writers would have been able to plan around it. So, we'll need to wait and see what they do :)

Dale, Toby Huss is stepping into the role for

John Redcorn, unknown, since it happened not that long ago. But I'd say if he was in this season, he likely finished his lines already considering how close to release it happened

I definitely don't think they'd get away with killing off Luanne and Lucky. I think the sting of an orphaned Gracie would be a bit much. My own feelings are that Luanne and her family will be referenced as offscreen in phone calls, etc., where we get infrequent updates through Peggy or Bobby, and eventually the characters are seldom, if ever, mentioned again until the eventual revival finale.

Or maybe they'll recast them, who knows.
