Drag is mostly describing a sort of American burlesque inspired thing usually with the connotation of some amount of gender fuckery.

There are drag kings, drag queens and drag everything in betweens.

Drag is performance art via exaggeration of feminine aspects of humanity. Doesn't seem exclusive to women to me

Yes, but in the screenshot she does not look like a cliche drag performer. But the headline states she danced there, it does not necessitate he being a drag performer.
