Sales or overnight shifts; when you bring in revenue you have to burn the building down at most places to get fired, and graveyard shift workers are hard to fill shifts so a ton of crap is tolerated--no shows, tardies, etc. because their sup doesn't want to cover it and neither does anyone else.
