I think most of the adoption of RISC-V is gunna be from countries that want to be less dependent on America

That's pretty much everywhere.

RiscV is already being shipped by Western Digital and Nvidia as part of their products. The way Intel is poorly managing themselves. There's never been a better time for an upset. But only time will tell.
