Es ist ja nicht einmal nur unnötig, sondern es kostet auch Geld! Gefängnisse gibts nicht umsonst und ich habe auch noch nichts davon gehört, dass in Guantanamo großartig Arbeitsdienste verrichtet werden (im Gegensatz zu vielen Gefängnissen in den USA und El Salvador).
