There's quite a lot of picture memes with atrocious spelling lately. Comically bad. Either a product of AI or these kids are in bottom set for everything.

I don't know what this is slang for, but if it means engagement bait that's what I assume a majority of it is.

I can't say with authority, but my interpretation was that this was meant to be taken as equivalent to "the bottom 1%."
