Is this sarcasm? Can't tell, I'm honestly 50/50...
Well, it is a rather multilayered phrase. And sarcasm is present there too. And yes, I really think that most of the US citizens are racists. Even those who call themselves "woke" (I suppose this is exactly the case: the "woke" US citizen mumbling some racist shit while being sure that he is being super anti-racist).
So it isn't 50/50, more like 4/6/33/23/15/19 or something :)
What about the eu people not caring about skin colour part? Also, how is it racist to point out that people care less about this woman than they do for Thunberg because she's not white?
