2 elections ago, the Libs won the seat by ~15%, and last election by ~5%.
The electorate boundaries have been drifting south, and would have expected the newer inclusions to have been traditionally Liberal. The demographics have also been changing.
Must be a devastating loss for the Libs, and perhaps a warning for the future as well.
