Will not happen. Mainly because we already have a rule. That prevents our criminal justice system,having jurisdiction within commons. To prevent a governing party from using its ability to create laws to limit the effectivness of the opposing parties. All actions in parliment are under the rule of parliment not our justice system. That is run via our government.
