@FiftyFiftyOne If they came here and are living here without going through the proper vetting and going through the process to become a citizen then they are breaking the law. It is the job of ICE to find and return such people to the nation of their origin, or if they continue to break the law by returning illegally after being exported back to their home country, then they go to prison. US Citizens are entitled to due process, this is not true of non-citizens. Even so they are afforded some level of process just perhaps not the level that politicians in libtard states would prefer so they can keep their illegal constituents.
Everyone inside the borders is entitled to due process.
Funny, I don't see the word citizen anywhere in there. If the government can declare a group does not have rights, then they can declare you a part of that group at any time. Our founders understood this.
Also ICE is currently arresting people at their USCIS appointments, where they're trying to do it the right way.
So with all due respect, fuck off with this shit take.
How do I know you're a US citizen? I should report you to the FBI, because I think you might be trying too hard to hide that you're not. ICE should come arrest you, question you, and detain you however long they feel like without any due process just in case you're not one.
That could be a forgery. If anything, you need to be investigated and detained longer to verify it's not, because that's even a worse crime.
Except it could be identify fraud. Not hard to edit the document with your picture on it instead of the rightful owners. Plus, that's not even a federal document, and ICE is federal. Not to mention this is all trusting in your word, and his do I know you're not just a lying immigrant? You're not ICE after all, only they can be trusted at their word. You're also awfully close to Canada, so you might be a Canadian white instead of an actual American. Easier for you maple syrup coated snakes to slip in undetected.
More the reason to call them in to check if you're legally there.
Still just taking your word for it. It'd be best verified by ICE. Especially if you were a Canadian immigrant, easy to falsify this stuff.
You don't deserve due process until it's verified you deserve due process.
(Chat, you think the boomer will get the point I'm making now?)
*Proceeds to deport someone without process because they aren't a citizen, a fact that did not need to be asserted through due process because they if they aren't a citizen they do not have the right to due process.
