This isn't nearly as funny when you learn that we are infact putting medication in our water from unused medicine and industrial runoff that can alter the sex characteristics of amphibians including Frogs

Or if you want a catchy technically inaccurate but conveys the same message catch phrase:

We're putting chemicals in the water that makes the frogs gay.
