I’ve always thought the order mattered. FFM is different than FMF and definitely different than MFM, which is not there (but FMM is).

It matters in the same way "men who have sex with men" isn't a total overlap with gay / bisexual men
AFAIK, in MFM, there is no gay sex, as in FMF there is no lesbian sex. But in FMM and FFM, yes.

Unless FMF really means something different, then in my imagination it's probably something I'm not going to enjoy.
