There was only one thing I missed about the old CTH subreddit, and that was that we would occasionally get a lost lib that would stumble in and start calling us Putin lovers or some shit. It was always really funny watching them expect to bring the reddit debate shit in only to be completely not be taken seriously at all.

@RedDawn @ToastyWaffles have to admit having mostly avoided Reddit despite being a very longstanding Chapo head ( :awoo: ) I'm only discovering this community now and it's neat

Idk, I never visited ChapoTraoHouse. Just places like lateStageCapitalism. Then on lemmy all I heard was people complaining about Hexbear but I had no idea the context around it. Just glad to interact with other leftists!
