Yeah I mean it sounds like the answer is yes, but sue the parties instead of the individuals

I think that’s how we get responsible representatives, by holding them individually accountable, same thing with business owners & corporate executives.

If all responsibility can be pawned off onto the institution, all we’ll get is a revolving door of corrupt individuals.
