The party converge before the big battle.

We can see from left to right: Zara Vexwood, Bethel "Bird Eye" Keats (Cap'n Feathersparrow), Dhuathi Toe Cruncher, Akki (Yir), Quinras Nimblemoon, and Verdeth Swiftrun (Kiba).

They gather together before they face the necromancer Jarek Voss and his dragon Cholberis.

I think they would be better off keeping a permanent D&D line of minifigs with an ever growing number of customization options. Some famous monsters would be good too. We have the gelatinous cube from Red Dragon's Tale Set #21348
