We must have very different cooking styles. When I think of main ingredients I think of types of meat, carbohydrates like chickpeas or rice, or vegetables, which are never not at grocery stores. What is the main ingredient that your store stopped carrying?
Vegan fish sticks. Sometimes you have some things you can't easily swap out.
