I'm no Canadian passport connoisseur but when were they red? My old one from 10 years ago is blue so I'm not sure what that's about?
No one ever said it was red.
That says it's not red
I think their point is that there would be no reason to saying that it's not red if there was also no assumption of it being red in the first place
I'm not a racist, but seven doesn't feel like a prime number.
