got nearly a full packet of those tiny aldi chocolate chips that are stale and soggy. Surely I can do something to turn them into some muffins or a cake or something?

Microwave mug cakes. I’d suggest hot chocolate or something to use it faster but choc chips are designed to hold their shape and don’t melt well
