I really don't understand people's obsession with using Teams / Zoom / whatever for one-on-one short meetings that are perfectly suitable for a phone call. I get it if there's more than one person involved in the meeting, or it's going to be a detailed meeting. Then I feel awkward if I leave my camera off when the other person joins with it on (and 95% of the time, it's on).

I don't have a Web cam on my pc. There's no need to see me. I use nvidia broadcast to filter my mic too so I avoid my phone or laptops with Web cams in them.
