This sounds horrible for security. Yeah, let's accept a new Air Force One from a shady foreign state. Surely it's completely safe and not wired at all.

No it isn't? That was Saudi Arabia. And Khashoggi wasn't a citizen, just a green card holder. Qatar is mostly known for harbouring the leadership of Hamas

Yeah, but every one of the Oil empires does that. They also treat women like shit and fund the bombing of Yemen.
