I wonder who pushed for this? The UFC, while still small compared to some other sports, is reaching a size and economy where it can bully states (and nations), into submitting to its dirty business practices; "If you do this we will come back to your city. If you don't play ball who knows when we'll be back". Not disclosing pay reduces transparency and clearly does the opposite of what the Utah commission is claiming here.
