The entire American political structure functions on bribes, lol, they've just legalized most ways and barely hide it when they haven't. Haven't you heard? American politicians are "transactional" in nature.

True, but Bob Menendez was found guilty only recently for a far smaller amount. This is several orders of magnitude more expensive
