Lol.

I always find this kind of statement, about anything, to be kind of "blinkered" (as Monty Python would say).

"There aren't enough posts of subject X in this community!"... Well, maybe you should post some then.

Same kind of thinking.

The reality is 90% of games don't appeal to most people, be they men, women, or a T-Rex. I like very few games, some people are more enthusiastic and less discriminating (not a criticism, you do you man).

IIRC the original was some kind of Buzzfeed slop, probably ragebait to get people mad at overbearing "feminists."

It was like “people who would never play GTA trying GTA and reacting”

I wonder what this woman thinks of being immortalized for this moment

Yeah it was all manufactured. They caused people to rage and defend video games, while also dropping her into the middle of a parody and highly satirized version of LA with no context. It was all just for clicks

She is a self-identified feminist and they showed her a clip from the strip club in GTA5. They were 100% baiting for content.

They might as well have gone full hog and showed her Saints Row 4.

I... what? Are you taking this meme as some sort of statement of deep-seated ideals and not as something humorous?

[–] Goretantath@lemm.ee 2 points 3 months ago

Yeah, they want the games that exust already to change to what they arent instead if just making the games they want.
