I am looking to purchase a crochet case from Muud for my wife's birthday. I have been looking at their website and my local yarn / craft store to find one but I am having the hardest time. I have found the Bea case but they say its for knitting needles but they have it under their crochet section. Does anyone know if this will work?

Likely not worth it for something that will pierce the leather. They did recommend it for paint brushes on the website.

Leather wrap-cases like this are standard for stone carving chisels, this is about ⅓ the cost of one that's "for" chisels. All the ones I've seen sold for chisels are, or appear to be, the same weight/quality of leather as this, if not worse... A fair few are canvas. But I'm not really inclined to pay £120+ for that type of quality. £50? Sure.

Also stone carving chisels aren't as razor sharp as wood chisels. So cut/puncture risk is lower.
