Of those three, Pääkallo was probably the wildcard. With Twisted Sister you know what you're getting, and "Stag" is just a classic.

I don't understand much of Pääkallo's Finnish lyrics, but I like the melodic doom rock and the surfy reverb guitar. And fortunately my wife is Finnish so she could vouch for the lyrics before I bought it 😂

The Pääkallo cover sat next to my turntable, where the deliciously purple vinyl is spinning.
