I find myself less annoyed and stressed by random life events. Things still annoy me, but it doesn't ruin my day if something goes wrong.

There is discussion in the meta-community about the "mental clarity"

How calm are you? Have you noticed any changes in your anxiety?

While there is literature on ketogenic diets and metal issues, I've never seen people report "keto calm" like the they do talk about carnivore calm.
