Ολικό μπλακ άουτ έχει σημειωθεί στην Ισπανία, ενώ προβλήματα παρατηρούνται σε αρκετές περιοχές της Πορτογαλίας, της Γαλλίας και της Ανδόρας.

Απ'όσο έχω καταλάβει δεν ξέρουν ακόμα το γιατί. Αυτό είναι απ' τα πιο πρόσφατα σχετικά άρθρα (μεσημέρι Τρίτης), είναι στ' αγγλικά όμως.
